Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell both in-house items and Printify POD products, our return and refund options differ by product type.


In-House Products (Shipped by Apparel Junkie)

We accept returns for in-house items under the following conditions:
• Return request made within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To begin a return, contact us at sales@appareljunkieshop.com with your order number.


Printify POD Products

POD items are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

We can replace or refund POD items that:

• Arrive damaged
• Have a manufacturing defect
• Are incorrect (wrong item, wrong print, etc.)

To report an issue with a POD item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll work with Printify to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

In-house items: May be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet shipped
POD items: Cannot be cancelled once production begins (usually right after ordering)


Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
